Tender mercies
The Hebrew noun “racham” might be the most tender expression of God’s love in the Bible. It connotes pity, mercy and compassion. It also means womb, implying the love a mother feels toward her unborn child. God’s “racham” was manifested through Jesus Christ, who gave His life as a ransom for many.
Through the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions (racham) fail not. They are new every morning – Lamentations 3:22-23
