First Fruits: Resurrection Day

Yeshua of Nazareth conquered the grave with His resurrection on the Hebrew date 17 Nisan, which is today. It happened on the Biblical feast of First Fruits during Passover week. On First Fruits the Israelites dedicated a portion of the barley harvest to God in an expression of thanksgiving. Yeshua is the first fruits of the resurrection (1 Cor. 15:20). In Him all shall be made alive.
